HI THERE!
I am Kathleen Mejia also known as KM Designs. I was born and raised in Westchester, N.Y. I attended Bronx Community College for my Associates in Graphic Design. From there I attended SUNY Purchase for my Bachelors of Graphic Design. A few years after my BA I decided to pursue my masters in Design Management at Pratt Institute. Tapping into my creative juices has always been a strength and guiding force for me. I have been able to work in different fields like luxury real estate and luxury travel. Both fields were incredible experiences and in turn helped to strengthen my skill sets. I experienced opulent interior design in breathtaking properties in luxury real estate. I also had the opportunity to travel to various cities while enriching my palette of different cultures and customs through luxury travel.
Travel has always been a passion of mine. While working for Insight Vacations that fascination grew even further. Travel has opened my eyes and my heart in so many ways. I’ve taken a large collection of beautiful imagery through pictures and video. I’ve had the privilege and honor to carry so many wonderful experiences with me from all over the world. With 16 countries and counting, I look forward to more expeditions around the globe.
