HI THERE!
I’m Kathleen Rabadi, also known as KM Designs. Born and raised in Westchester, N.Y., I began my design journey at Bronx Community College, where I earned my Associate’s in Graphic Design. I went on to receive my Bachelor’s in Graphic Design from SUNY Purchase and later completed my Master’s in Design Management at Pratt Institute. Creativity has always been my strength and guiding force.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of industries—including luxury real estate, luxury travel, and most recently, commercial real estate. In luxury real estate, I gained exposure to elegant interiors and high-end properties. My time in luxury travel enriched my appreciation for global cultures and design influences.
Today, I’m part of the Industrial Advisory Group at Newmark, supporting a national team with strategic design and marketing initiatives in the commercial real estate sector. My work has expanded to include data visualization, custom marketing, and collateral that supports site selection, labor analytics, and investment strategy.
Travel has always been a passion of mine, and during my time at Insight Vacations, that fascination deepened even further. I’ve had the privilege of exploring over 20+ countries—capturing meaningful moments through photography and video, often with my family by my side.
